Returns & Exchanges Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of your receipt of the order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Important Note:
Please allow for our order processing time of 1-2 days when calculating your 15-day return window. The count begins from the date you receive your order, not from the purchase date.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty:
- Legwear (including base layers and intimate apparel)
- Opened or used Footwear
- Products without their original tags and packaging
- Personalized or custom-made items
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Submit Your Return/Exchange Request

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you detailed return instructions and a return authorization number. Please do not send items back without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, include all tags and documentation. Use a trackable shipping service and retain your proof of postage. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.
Step 4: Processing Your Return/Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll process your request within 3-5 business days. We’ll notify you via email about the status of your return.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return. The timing of when you’ll see the credit in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Refund Amount
Your refund will include the product price and applicable taxes. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
Exchange Processing
